Our summer Induction Course is a basic introduction to the world of aviation. Classes are presented twice a week usually between 08:30 and 13:30 during the summer months and is perfectly suitable for our younger students (ages 10-15) who are keen to learn about aviation, whilst enjoying their summer school holidays.
The course also includes visits to aviation-related facilities such as the Aviation museum, AFM airwing etc. Finally, the students are able to participate in a 30 minute trial flight with one of our instructors. The induction course fee is Eur 460 (all inclusive), with an early-bird offer for reservations received before the end of March. Places are limited, so it’s best to book early.
Students who wish to continue their summer courses in the following years, have the option of attending Advanced Induction Courses in year 1, 2 and 3. These follow the PPL curriculum offering 3 PPL subjects per year during July and August. Instead of writing a test, the student has to prepare a project for each subject, which counts for the final results. A simulator flight is included.
Although these courses will not count towards the actual PPL course, it provides students with valuable knowledge, preparing them for their for future aviation studies.
