Nicholas Bonello Ghio and Jake Busuttil, two of our students, shared their experience flying to Grumento and Rome Urbe on our P2002 aircraft. ✈️☀️👨✈️“ Our first leg lasted three and a half hours, where we landed in a lovely rural airfield in Italy - Grumento Nova (PZ02). We quickly filled up the Tecnam with fuel and we were off for our second, and final leg of the day where we flew for two hours to reach the bustling Roma Urbe (LIRU) at 13:00LT. While we were in central Rome, we made sure to visit the main landmarks, such as the Colosseum, Fontana di Trevi and more. The next morning, for the return leg, the sky was extremely clear once again, with amazing visibility. That, paired with our spectacular views from FL090 and a great tailwind made both flights back home super pleasant. After a total flight time of ten and a half hours, spread over two days, we touched down safely on runway 23 to return F-HUBK for a well-deserved rest in the hanger on apron 3.”📲Contact us on info@maltaflying.com or call +356 2164 7888 for more information regarding our courses. #tecnam #SkyHighAdventures #aviation #PilotsInMalta #FlightTraining #FlyingMalta ...
