Aircraft Maintenance

The carrying out of flight training without the least possible disruption is a fundamental to ensuring a trainee pilot achieves the best possible results within the expected timeframes.

To achieve such continuity, Professional Aviation Training Academy – Malta boasts an inhouse maintenance facility – General Aviation Maintenance Malta – which is managed by sister company Malta Wings, and allows for greater flexibility related to aircraft maintenance.

The maintenance facility is complemented by a Continued Airworthiness Management Organisation (CAMO), tasked with managing the aircraft documentation and maintenance programmes.

These facilities enable the Academy to operate a fleet of ever-reliable training aircraft.
