The carrying out of flight training without the least possible disruption is a fundamental to ensuring a trainee pilot achieves the best possible results within the expected timeframes.
To achieve such continuity, Professional Aviation Training Academy – Malta subcontacts its maintenance to sister company Malta Wings. Known as General Aviation Maintenance Malta (GAMM), the facility is the first Part 145 commercial maintenance operation (AMO) for light aircraft in Malta and allows for greater flexibility an reliability related to aircraft maintenance.
The maintenance facility is complemented by a Continued Airworthiness Management Organisation (CAMO), tasked with managing the aircraft documentation and maintenance programmes.
These services enable the Academy to operate a fleet of ever-reliable training aircraft.
